The raw material is worked and processed according to the directives imposed by the final customers. 

Raw materials, in solid wood or MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), are always worked starting out with the framing and are then sent to the subsequent areas.

The raw material, stored in a part of our productive area, is worked and processed according to the directives imposed by the final customers.

In particular we have  skill,  knowledge, experience and technology that allow us , starting from the raw material, to proceed through the sawing and cutting of a single element as far as the semi-finished product.

Great importance is given to the quality and accuracy of the semi-finished product which is checked step by step by our staff.

The wide choice of the components we produce is possible thanks to the presence of a production department where high technology cutting and boring machines allow us to better manage the production of any element.

 

We give great importance to the training of our staff engaged in developing and programming machines. Thanks to their continuous updating and their professionalism we can assure reliability and accuracy of the  products.

 

 

 

 

 

 

THE COATING OF PROFILES

 

To complete the productive cycle we coat the semi-manufactured elements by using polish or dull PVC, papers, laminatini and after sharing all is made with polyurethane glues with personalized finishes according to the customers’ choices.

 

This product is stored and packaged to be delivered later.
